How should we feel about this as recreational anglers? I will tell you. We should feel pretty darn good that DNR is out there catching these guys. We should also feel good that people are getting real penalties for real crimes.
If we are truly stewards of the resource, then we have to police ourselves by reporting any illegal to this line:
