DESCRIPTION:Snakehead Fish and Blue Cat are killing and displacing our native species! To educate the public on these invasive species and help get some out of the Pocomoke River\, Worcester County Chamber of Commerce is hosting a fishing tournament targeting these fish. Back at the weigh in\, we will have music\, food\, beverages\, and many local fisheries experts with all the scoop. Public is welcome to the weigh in! DEADLINE to register for tournament is Midnight on June 21. CASH PRIZES for heaviest individual fish as well as total weight of haul. Calcuttas are for blue cat only! \n\nFish anywhere and anyhow on the Pocomoke River starting at 7am but have your catch back to the scales before 4pm. Weigh in party starts in Byrd Park at 12.\n$25 per angler 16 and over\n$15 for any angler under 16\nCalculattas $15 each *for blue cat only (weight\, length\, and total string weight MINUS heaviest fish)
