Join us at the Coastal Conservation Association’s inaugural Bay Bash – a black-tie optional celebration blending the finest traditions of the Chesapeake oyster culture with a mission for tomorrow. Guests will indulge in a lavish array of all-you-can-enjoy oysters on the half shell, carefully selected from the various microclimates of the Chesapeake Bay, alongside and open bar featuring premium wines, craft cocktails, and local brews. Complementing the oyster feast, an elegant service of passed hors d’oeuvres and chef-curated small plates will showcase the region’s bounty.
But there’s more. Against the backdrop of Sax’s fire dancers and aerialists, the Bay Bash unites sportsmen, community leaders, conservationists, and supporters from across the region. More than a celebration, the Bay Bash is a call to marine stewardship: each ticket and sponsorship directly supports CCA’s mission to restore marine habitats, protect sustainable fisheries, and ensure thriving coastal waters for the next generation.

- The Coastal Conservation Association (CCA) is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization. Sponsorship funds benefit CCA’s nonprofit mission only.
- Recognition of sponsors is institutional in nature and does not provide or imply access to, or endorsement by, any government official.
- Government officials may attend the event only in compliance federal and/or state ethics rules. Sponsorship does not create or guarantee meetings, private access, or endorsements (See Widely Attended Event exception; 5 C.F.R. § 2635.204(g)).
- The fair market value of tickets provided with these sponsorship levels are $3,000, $1,500, and $750, respectively. The balance of the sponsorship contributions may be deductible as a charitable donation (consult your tax advisor).
