Re-introducing Chesapeake Bay Seafood
A modern, hands-on culinary experience using historic and new seafoods from the Chesapeake Bay.
Attendees will enjoy creating crab and fish based dishes and learning how to bring world class seafood flavors to their home cooking experiences.
The menu will include striped bass, bluefish, blue catfish & blue crabs.
Champagne and Bloody Mary’s are planned as cocktail choices. Participants may BYOB
