CCA Maryland and CCA Virginia are pleased to welcome Mollie Rudow as our new Programs and Engagement Manager.
Mollie has worked alongside CCA staff for several months as a contractor, assisting with grant applications, banquets, reef ball build, and day-to-day operations. Having worked in the environmental non-profit field for several years, she brings expertise and sincere enthusiasm to the staff. 
Previously at Interfaith Partners for the Chesapeake, Mollie served as a Program Manager and Senior Outreach Coordinator.
Mollie is passionate about conserving the Chesapeake Bay’s resources and recreational angling. She loves being on the water during all seasons, fishing with lures that sparkle, and taking her dog, Emma, to the beach. She has grown up on the shores of the Chesapeake, and attended St. Mary’s College of Maryland, where she studied Philosophy and English. Her life experiences have led her to CCA, where she’s looking forward to working hands-on with volunteers and assisting to streamline organizational operations.
