Kevin O’Donovan
November 20th, 1972 – September 23rd, 2021
A father, friend, sportsman and budding back yard chicken rancher has left us far too soon. Kevin O’Donovan served as chairman of the board for CCA Maryland & treasurer for the Building Conservation Trust, CCA’s national habitat program.
During his single term as chairman, Kevin drove the development and advancement of CCA Maryland’s Kids Corner, Scholarship & Habitat programs. He also rolled up his sleeves to build reef balls at his daughters school and spent countless nights helping turn wild ideas into real world successes.
Throughout his life, Kevin used his unique skills to leverage a broad network of caring friends and colleagues to help many causes. His time leading CCA Maryland has seen us through some of the most trying times in the organizations history. We now continue on with Kevin in our hearts and minds, still challenging us to do better each day, and keep working to build the next generation of conservationists. Kevin’s mark on this world will surely live on through all that he inspired, especially here at CCA Maryland.
