Rich Kuhlman is a life member of CCA Maryland and lives in Annapolis.
He retired from the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) after almost 40 years. In retirement, Rich fishes the South River, mid Chesapeake Bay, Atlantic Ocean off DE and MD and fresh water in PA. He also enjoys small game hunting in PA.
Rich volunteers for several environmental organizations, including as a member of CCA Maryland’s executive committee. He has spent countless hours alongside assistant director Jesse Howe helping Maryland youth (and sometimes adults!) build reef balls while learning about conservation in action, and he brings a smile to everyone he comes into contact with.
